Purpose of the website

This website presents Vizion’R’s solutions, services and references. It lets you contact our team for information, request a demonstration or discuss a project. Subscriptions, services and use of the Hub are subject to a separate agreement.

Using the website

You may browse this website to learn about our activities. You must not disrupt its operation, attempt to access restricted areas or use the contact form to send unlawful content or unsolicited messages.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, illustrations, graphic elements and distinctive signs on this website are protected by the rights applicable to them. Client and partner trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.

Presentation of the solutions

The website’s illustrations show key uses of Synthésia and the Hub. They are not a dashboard connected to a real channel. The scope of features, deployment arrangements and service commitments are agreed with our team for each project.

Website content may change and access may be temporarily interrupted, including for maintenance. Links to third-party websites provide additional resources; their content and terms of use are the responsibility of their respective publishers.

Contact requests

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional phone number, request type and message to the Vizion’R team so it can handle your request and reply. Please do not include passwords or confidential information unrelated to your enquiry.

Personal data

VIZIONR is the controller of the information sent through the contact form. It is used to handle your enquiry and reply, on the basis of pre-contractual steps when you request a quote or demonstration, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. Recipients are authorized team members and the technical providers needed to deliver messages. This data is retained for three months. Required fields are marked in the form; without them, your enquiry cannot be sent. You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability by writing to contact@vizionr.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
